Earlier yesterday morning when the Acorn story broke, I expected that the entire country would be up in arms and that all of the so-called “news-wires” and “journalists” would be covering how corrupt the government is. However, we have seen nothing. Still, nothing from anyone but Fox and a few others. MSNBC, CNN and ABC and the whole lot of them, they are not ignorant to the massive and sweeping corruption in or government, they are a part of it.
If these videos do not make blood shoot from your eyes then you must be Canadian. This is not American; this is the product of too much government. A government looking only to grab more power from the people, because they realize the resilience of the American spirit to claim a freedom and do whatever it takes to have it all back. And that’s what bothers liberals; freedom. Freedom in its very nature does not produce an even result for everyone, just a fair result. Each gets only what he works to get. These very basic and fundamental values of the American experiment are offensive and demeaning to liberals because they believe in a utopia where no person is offended and everyone shares everything.
America, where is the outrage? I recall when NFL star Mike Vick was arrested for holding dog fights, many people were outraged. Even more recently we some conservatives and all liberals were just enraged because of Congressmen Joe Wilsons gaff, but when it comes to open corruption like we have this too many are silent. To make matters worse we are funding this without even agreeing to it; for every 100,000 of financed mortgage dollars, Acorn gets 40. That may sound small, but when you understand that the figure reaches into the billions it will astound you. The time for anyone to investigate has surely passed. They must be shut down now. They must be stopped.
